It also involves a planned delegation process, one based on trust and partnership between leaders and team members.

The Essential Concepts of the Novonor Culture ensure effectiveness and clarity in interactions between leaders and team members. In conjunction with the Fundamental Principles, they establish a common language among members, forming our Communication System.

  • Decentralization promotes ongoing and direct contact between the member and the client, resulting in a clear perception of the client's needs. Decentralization is also important for identifying and attracting new entrepreneurs to the Group;

  • Trust, when put into practice, takes the form of planned delegation. Leaders must be certain of the upright character of members and believe in the potential and ability of each professional and in his or her desire to progress, as well as in his or her adherence to the Group's Philosophical Concepts;

  • The entrepreneurial task consists of the identifying, winning, and satisfying the client – an ongoing and efficient process that ensures that challenges will be met with success;

  • All results must always flow from clients to shareholders, since valuing their moral and material equity is the main guarantee of the survival, growth and perpetuity of the Group.

General Criteria

There are eight General Criteria that influence the thinking and action of all of our team members:

  • Those who provide support to business managers must always be attentive to new opportunities and improved results;

  • The professional has the right to share in the results to which he or she has directly contributed and which can be measured, invoiced and paid for by the client;

  • The entrepreneur must always be open to recognizing his or her errors and be willing to quickly correct them;

  • The only image that matters and that makes a difference is the one that is built within the community, based on the satisfaction of each client and on a commitment to the well-being of all;

  • Leaders have the duty to promote their own health and that of every person that they lead, as well as to ensure safe operations, quality of life and environmental preservation of the communities in which they operate.
